home-made bunnies on the net

 We are rather in awe of TADAs revolution in our house.  My daughter has decided to learn crochet so she can make some of the animals.  There is a animaguri book on the site, in french, and so she has also decided that her big sister needs to learn french so that we can buy the book and she can translate it.  Cute crochet animals in fabulous sets, I guess they must be dolls house furniture and I am v. jealous of it.  Where does it all come from?

I love these heroes cheesy smiles.  The commentary is hilarious and leaves me with tears on my cheeks.  Check out the little panda working at the launderette.

 also ther are lots of different characters, I have just found the rabbits, my daughter likes Nutzilla the squirrel.

I had some cards printed this week, which was quite exciting, they are some designs I made up for a business card logo for some of my dollys.  They came out very pretty, although why some-one would send a card with "eat my sweet dust" on it I'm not sure, does it sound offensive?  

This will be the last dolly for a while, I have fulfilled my quota.  I thought a long-haul flight would be a good place for dolly face sewing but it would be tricky without the scissors, my teeth would get worn down chewing through all that thread.

I love this dress, it is so cute with its little bunny rabbit scootering around the town 

and another gold lame` dress was required, I have enough material for one more of these, which will have to be an in house one for sharing I think, it has been quite popular.

In less than a week I am flying to England, by myself, without my family for three weeks.  I am going to stay with my sister and her husband and their new baby.  I am so excited and a bit freaked at leaving my kids and husband.  

He looks so sweet,  this him in a beautiful hand-knitted blanket.  My sister is a master knitter, somehow the knitting gene did not extend as far as me.  But I made him a Crazy Rabbit, which was inspired by my youngest daughter who does a good crazy rabbit face.  It is made out of one of my husbands shrunken jumpers, a good old kiwi blanket and a bit of corduroy.  I gave him a little patch in his knickers, but I forgot his fluffy tail, how daft is that?  My sister said " Did you buy it?" "No I made it" I said "Ah I didn't think anyone would pay for that"  She kindly said.  Ha Ha, family, don't you love them?  It only took me three days to make.
